In the link I provided for you it has an image on how to add the ALIAS to the contact layout. Have you added it to the layout? In the link the following section explains it:




In the Contact page click on Edit Layout and add the "Related List > C&P Contact Alias" to your layout. The information is there. See below:

I actually don't see the alias view under my patron's information..

Temporary contacts when merged do NOT update the existing contacts. We never update existing records to ensure data integrity.

The new information is in the ALIAS record. You may review the alias information and click the copy button to copy it to the primary contact information.

Hi,
When merging temporary contacts, the new information is not being saved under the organization/ patron name. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
