Can I process a refund (or credit) through Salesforce or do I have to go to my admin screen at C&P? What happens in SF when I do this? Thanks.

Good day!
Currently the only way to issue credit is through the Click & Pledge portal. At this time the credits don't post to Salesforce.
We are adding this to release 9.x which is due out before Summer.

Ok, I followed the instructions and tried to make a credit. How do I know if it went through? I don't see it listed in my C&p transactions. The order # was 1404231120531500082 for a charge of $500 that I want to refund.

Good day!
I just reviewed your account & the transaction shows as being credited. Please allow 3-5 days for it to show up on the card holder's account.
All transactions are settled at midnight and posted to the issuing bank. Banks vary in their processing of refunds but our experience shows it is between 3-5 days.

Understanding that you do not post the credits in Salesforce at this time, could you provide some guidance as to how we should manually post the transactions in Salesforce so that we can have accurate reporting for transactions that are refunded. Thank you.
