I have a C&P Designer template that uses the Order Items merge field. This contains the information I want, but the formatting is not helpful for my needs. We have a process that uses this email template, and the format is important for users of our previous system. If I try to change the font or font size, this merge field ignores the formatting. Could this be enhanced? Even better would be to add unformatted merge fields to call out the separate pieces of information contained in Order Items.
