Salesforce Error

Hello! I recently created a test transaction on our C&P Checkout Page. When I attempted to process the C&P Temporary Contact in Salesforce, I received the following error:

Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: DUPLICATE_VALUE, duplicate value found: CnP_PaaS__VaultGUID__c duplicates value on record with id: a0vG00000096Syu: []

I tried searching for the error, but couldn't find anything. Any thoughts? I granted access incase you need it, our ID number is 00DG0000000jW5o.

The issue you are experiencing is because the contact which was originally created has been deleted.

Your account is in Semi-Automatic mode. Based on your log files:

• A transaction was posted by a new contact
• The record was saved as a Temporary Contact
• The contact had been processed and later deleted
• The contact apparently was removed from the recycle bin and is now being processed again.

considering the transaction and everything else is already processed the VaultGUID is already in the system and cannot be cloned anymore and that is what i generating the duplicate Vault GUID.
