  • Transactions not posting to Salesforce

    Good Morning,

    As of 8/11/15 none of our C&P transactions are posting to Salesforce. I am not sure why - please advise. Thank you!!!

    Good day @BZall,

    If nothing is posting then it means your account is no longer connected to Salesforce. This happens if your password in Salesforce has changed using the old connection method.

    Please see the following KB articles to re-establish connection and re-post the missed transactions:As stated before you need to re-establish connection and then re-post the transactions back to Salesforce.

    Please let me know if we can be of any further assistance.

    BTW: I moved this post to the Salesforce channel as it is related to Salesforce and not the administrative portal.
