Load feature in the VT is not loading State\Province.. But it did a couple days ago?

I am working with a non-profit to streamline their use of CnP and so far things are going very well. However, I gave them a few videos I made about entering gifts, and in the vids everything is perfect, the load feature in the VT works great...Yesterday, they were trying on their own and all of a sudden the field State\Province is not populating.

Is there a place I can go in Salesforce to look at the formula? Could someone have inadvertent shut it off?

Please advise if this is a known issue or if this is something I need to fix internally. I am the admin on the account and can make any changes needed.

Have they synced their State / Province?

C&P Settings > Country & State tab

Is that active and has it been synced?

The country & state is a feature of C&P and needs to be enabled before it works.
