    The latest release which was made public on Friday August 8, 2015 has addressed this issue.

    Please upgrade using the C&P Settings > About C&P Apps > Sync for Updates

    You may want to read the release notes:If upgrading an instance with live events be aware that the registrant & attendee email feature has changed and should be set up immediately. If not set up no email will be sent to the registrant or attendees.

    We addressed this issue in the upcoming release. We identified the bug as reported by you and resolved it in the 9.1001 release.

  • Bug Report - CnP Pledge payments do not calculate correctly

    In the CnP PaaS within salesforce, I create a transaction through the Virtual Terminal which includes two products with slightly different SKUs (ex. SKU00001 and WM-SKU00001). The CnP Pledges open for this contact are set with the SKU Condition to be IS > SKU00001 and the second pledge condition to be IS > WM-SKU00001. When the transaction is complete both pledge balances are reduced by the amount of the entire transaction (rather than just the amount allocated to that SKU).

    I talked through this with Kamran via the Support and it was recommended I add it here to document the problem.
