We are new to C&P and our first cycle of recurring transactions are starting to process. Today one of the recurring transactions produced two payments. Can you explain why and how to correct the issue. Also, I need to clean up the current double payment.

Good day!
Please login to Connect and review the transactions. Transactions do not process multiple times - they must have been set up as 2 separate payments. I am sure if you visit Connect and search for the Order Numbers you will see the details.

Please note that cancelling a recurring transaction does NOT credit a transaction. It simply stops the recurring from running again.
In your case you need to search for the Order Number of the duplicate charge and credit it immediately. Next cancel the recurring following the instructions posted.
