  • C&P Temporary Contact and Account Type Assistance

    Hello and thank you!

    Salesforce organization ID: 00DG0000000C1g3

    Two issues:
    1. C&P Temporary Contact - I, Stephanie Ritter, cannot process incoming donations from the C&P Temporary Contact application. An "Errors" message occurs each time. I attached an example (file name = C&Pprobem). San Diego Coastkeeper (organization) does use the Duplicate Check app and may be interfering with the C&P Temporary Contact app. I would like to be able to process the temporary contacts.

    2. Account Type - before San Diego Coastkeeper (organization) upgraded the click and pledge applications, I was able to select from a list of "account types" to categorize account names (see attached file "account_type_options"). Now, when a new account is created the only options are "none" and "other" for "account type" (see attached file "account_type_no_options). I would like all accounts to have access to the different options.

    Please let me know if you need further information. San Diego Coastkeeper's admin account granted login access for 3 days (exp. 7/13).

    Good day!

    Please post the images as JPG. The forum platform does not show the PNG files in proper size and makes them too small for viewing. The images you have posted cannot be read.

    As for the Issue # 2: You have NPSP installed and in the presence of NPSP our platform ignores all things Accounts. We simply do not create the account since NPSP handles it. You may want to review NPSP settings.

    Please post the images so we can determine the issue #1.

        Good day!

        The conflict is with the following app that you have installed and is blocking account creation by NPSP.

        Please note that our app is NOT creating the account. In the presence of NPSP account creation is done by NPSP and not us. The Duplicate checker is blocking NPSP when creating the account.

        You may want to disable this trigger shown above and test.
