I'm using C&P Paas with Salesforce. I've set my terminal settings to show the 'Is this a recurring payment" checkbox, but in the Virtual Terminal tab, the Recurring section is empty. Weirdly, the checkbox appears for a second when I refresh the VT tab, but then it disappears. What am I missing in enabling recurring payments from the virtual terminal?

Good day @SNesson,
The recurring option will NOT show unless the balance is greater than 0.
Please add an item with a balance of more than $0 and you will see the recurring. It is a validation ensuring you don't set recurring for free items.Regards,
