    For example, recurring donation for donor last name ROTH didn't post in March or June. Granted login access.

    Good day @SherryLH,

    The issue was the connection which had failed earlier. All data was stuck in the queue and were just pushed back to your Salesforce.

    Please review your Salesforce instance & let us know if all data is in there.

      I have a new issue which is either related to the issue above, or is a new issue introduced since Kamran and I worked an the autoresponder issue. I'm now getting several of these error messages (different donors, this is just an example of one of the error messages). It's signed by the Click and Pledge Dev team. I'm not sure what the error is or what I need to do about it. Thanks!

        Good day!

        Yes- it was related to the same issue.

        It should be fixed now.

        Please review your transactions again and let us know if all is OK.

        NOTE: Duplicates, etc. will all resolve themselves since the Maintenance is active in your account. The system will constantly review for inconsistencies and will fix itself. I simply reposted the C&P Data and it fixed itself.
