    I am requesting upgrade assistance on my Organization with ID 00DF0000000gGLq. We are expereiencing inconsistent Opportunity creation from Recurring donations and I anticipate being on the latest version will solve this issue for us.

    Good day!

    There should not be any issues with the opportunity and we just checked your instance and you are at the latest version of all apps.

    Your system is at 16% over the limit and Salesforce may start limiting your storage, if not totally stop accepting any more additions.

    You stated that you have problem with opportunity creation- please give me the Order # that you think has not created opportunity and we can review it.

    We also enabled the Self-Healing so any issues that may come up with the posting will be resolved automatically.

    In reviewing your C&P Data we noticed 2 errors:

    "Upsert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY, kell01.CreateDefaultAllocation: execution of AfterInsert

    caused by: System.DmlException: Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: UNABLE_TO_LOCK_ROW, unable to obtain exclusive access to this record: []

    (kell01): []"


    This error occurs when NPSP blocks access to the records stopping us from updating records. The new self healing will resolve this once NPSP removes its hold on the record. We fixed these manually but you should not have any problem in the future as the system will update itself every 3 hours.

    A new button in C&P data called "Repost" was also added to your layout. You may simply click on the repost when you see an error due to NPSP blocking. This is only if you are in a rush to fix it before the self-healing fixes it.
