    The version you are on was retiredPlease grant us login access so we can update your instance. It is a complementary service. We are not able to support the version you currently have installed.

    Please start a new thread when reporting or asking a new question. Mixing threads makes it hard to follow the discussion.

    We cannot test your connection issue as we cannot login as you when trying to connect. What is your Salesforce Organization ID so we can review your installation.

    The Connection between Salesforce and Click and Pledge is not working and when I click Verify - I get Error Occurred. I have been using Click & Pledge with Saleforce since July Last year with no connection problem.

    I have double checked the web site "SavRK" and the Organization ID is correct.

    ​We have several "Events" out and really need this link back as no credit card transactions are not processing.

    I have granted access to Click & Pledge into my Salesforce. #

    Sorry for the trouble you are having. I am surprised that you can't get it connected as connection is quite easy.

    Are you following the steps outlined here:

    Connection to Salesforce is extremely easy and should not take you more than a minute. It is as easy as logging in and allowing connection. Please see the above article.

    In reviewing your account I see that your account is connected. Here is the image of your account:

    I see that you have not listed an email for notification in case of error. Please add your email so you are notified if there is a problem with the connection.

    You may push the data back to Salesforce by visiting Connect and reviewing the following article:

    Connection not working

    My Click and Pledge Salesforce integration stopped working sometime between mid April and the beginning of May, and I haven't been able to get it connected again. We're still receiving donations via Click and Pledge but none of the information is flowing into Salesforce. How can I correct this? I have recurring donations that have been coming in as scheduled, but in Salesforce it looks like the payments stopped in April and I can't find a way to manually input the donations for May and June.
