    Good Morning!

    My salesforce users are unable to access certain parts of the Click and Pledge app within Salesforce. The CnP Temporary Contact link isn't visible at all, and if I try to navigate to the page via URL, I get an "insufficient privileges" error message.

    I also noticed if I'm logged in as a non-admin account and go to CnP settings, I get the error message "sObject type 'Organization' is not supported."

    I've review all visual force page settings and permissions to be sure everything is enabled and correct, but I can't seem to find the source of the problem. All my users are using the Standard User/Office Staff permissions.

    Would you be able to review the settings please? I enabled account access and my org ID is 00DG0000000jW5o.

    Do you want us to review your permissions and post-install and set it up per our post-install instructions? I just want to make sure I understand what you wish for us to do.

      Yes, please do review my permissions and correct if necessary. I thought I followed all the instructions to a T...but I guess I missed something along the way. Some parts of CnP work perfectly, such as the Virtual Terminal, just not all of CnP.

        Good day!

        The Event & PaaS require the Site URL to be set up and converted to secure link, this is also true for the Virtual Terminal. This feature requires that we have View All Data and it seems like your office staff profile does not have that permission.

        We did not want to set that permission until we check back with you.

        Please let us know if you have any problem with us checking the View All Data permission.

          I'm looking at the profile edit screen for "Office Staff" and it is indeed checked off. Am I missing it in another location? You can certainly go ahead and check it if I'm missing it somehow.

            Never mind, I found my mistake. I was using a different profile vs role, thanks for your help!
