Autoresponders in the Sandbox

Is there a trick to get the Autoresponders to fire in the sandbox? If I use the test email feature on the template it works -but I can't get the autoresponder to fire using Virtual Terminal or api forms. Thanks!

Good day Franklin,

There is no trick that we know of since it should work. One issue we have noticed with Sandbox is its limited email capability and we notice that with a few test it runs out of email limit.

Have you checked the C&P Data and see if the parameters are exactly as being passed or expected?
