  • Campaign Invalid Data Error

    Hi,

    I am getting the following Invalid Data Error when I try to create a new Campaign:

    Error: Invalid Data.
    Review all error messages below to correct your data.
    Validation Formula "sbx_EmailRequireSenderAddress" Invalid (Field 00NG000000BslVX is inaccessible. Please review all fields referenced by the formula. Context: common.config.entity.ValidationFormulaContext)
    Validation Formula "sbx_EmailRequireSubject" Invalid (Field 00NG000000BslVZ is inaccessible. Please review all fields referenced by the formula. Context: common.config.entity.ValidationFormulaContext)
    Validation Formula "sbx_EmailRequireTemplate" Invalid (Field 00NG000000BslVa is inaccessible. Please review all fields referenced by the formula. Context: common.config.entity.ValidationFormulaContext)
    * = Required InformationCampaign Information



    I am not sure what it means. Please advise.

    I am getting this same error anytime I try to make a new item (campaign, event, etc). Please help.

      Hi Neely,

      This does not appear to be a Click & Pledge error but I have requested one of our developers to review this. Please give us till tomorrow to complete a review of your account and find out what is causing this.

      Not sure what we could possibly have done to cause this error in Campaigns.

      I will let you know as soon as we have an answer. Please make sure we have access to your account.

        Thank you. Access has been granted. The only thing I can think of are the updates. That's all that I've done prior to noticing the error, but I wouldn't think that would cause the errors.

          I fixed it.

          I figured out what it was. I had an email app that had expired. It was not being used, so I uninstalled it and everything seems fine now. Thank you for being willing to check into the situation even though it didn't seem like a clear cut CnP issue.

            Good day Neely,

            Great to hear it is all taken care of. I knew it is not Click & Pledge since the error states issue with fields that are not added by Click & Pledge. We have no email fields in the campaign for any of our apps.
