Paypal as Option ?

A client of ours currently uses Paypal for all their donations. (via a Paypal Donate button).

If we switch to C&P payment processing (with Salesforce integration), do we lose all ability to accept Paypal as a payment option ?

Or are their creative ways to allow option to accept C&P and Paypal ?
