We need to re-send a donation to Salesforce but the "Send to Salesforce" button is not showing up for this donation when we search for the donation under Account Info --> Reports --> Send Receipt. Does that button only show up for certain donations and not others?
The reason we need to re-send it is because we got an error that the Opportunity record couldn't be created (error: UNABLE_TO_LOCK_ROW, unable to obtain exclusive access to this record). The C&P Transaction record was created, but the Opportunity was not, and it seems a C&P Data record also was not. This has happened for 3 transactions.
We tried deleting the C&P Transaction record, but that had no effect when we went back into the "Send Receipt" section of Reports and found the transaction by order #. We subsequently restored the transaction record from the recycle bin.
If we can't use that Push to Salesforce feature for these records, which have already been pushed to salesforce but failed, is there another way to get these donations into Salesforce?
