    Good day @jerryc

Would you please create a support ticket so that one of our accounts team members will review your account and find out what's going on?

I just followed your instructions and we've already been migrated to ProPay. We're seeing unexplainable and inconsistent charges when our doners choose to cover our merchant fees with an additional donation.

What are our options to allow us to properly account/track these expenses? We've followed the directions to create a Custom Report in SalesForce per ProPay Deposit - Monthly Report (https://vimeo.com/432903961). We only 3 Deposit Sweep Batch IDs which only covers 4 of our ~10 online donations for the last 30 days.

    Good day @jerryc

We highly recommend that you start migrating to Propay as most of our clients have already migrated. The deadline for the migration is the 1st of October.

If you would like to consider migrating to Propay, please review https://support.clickandpledge.com/s...opay-migration

Once you migrated to Propay, in Connect there is a daily Settlement report available, and in Salesforce the Deposit Details are on the C&P Transaction record.

Please refer to the ProPay Migration article. It highlights the differences you will notice between TSys and ProPay, including the reporting differences. Our upcoming release of Salesforce PaaS will also include pre-configured reports similar to the one discussed in the article.

Our company is attempting to do the same research. When we visit the Translink Registration URL, the application asks for the following:
Merchant ID (numbers only, no spaces or dashes)
What account information should be provided here?

    Thanks!

    Good day Tom,

When using Transfirst you may actually see your deposit stream on their site by registering at: https://translink.transfirst.com/Con.../register.aspx

It will help you download deposit receipts and match it against our posts. In general each deposit takes 48 hours to deposit but echecks sometimes vary based on the bank. Unfortunately we don't have any way (currently) to know what deposits are made by Transfirst. We are working with them to automate this with a new platform they are about to release.

Please let us know if the above provides the help you need.

started a topic Bank Deposit Report

    Bank Deposit Report

Hello, We need a report that shows what is transmitted to the bank on what day from which customers. The settlement report seems to be just a transaction report with two days added to it. Where can we find such a report which is essential for our ability to reconcile Click and Pledge activity to our bank account. It was fine before when we only had a few transactions each month, however, we had a big month in November and the transactions are coming into our account at all different times. Some seem to be held and then cleared at a later time this means that we cannot tie these transactions to specific customers. How are other folks doing this so they can tie these out? Our business office is pretty baffled and a bit frustrated.

I have searched the forums and the articles and only came up with the basic report article called "Bank Deposits and Fee Withdrawals" and another "How to Run a Report on Deposits"

Thanks very much for your help,
    Tom
