    Good day!

Are you using <p> or </br> tags?

we allowed for HTML tags to be used.

Thanks, Ravindra. I just updated this form and it still looks like one big paragraph. Do I need to use some sort of formatting tag to indicate a new line or paragraph?

By the way, the C&P Acct I am working in is 22864 and the page WID=75043.

    Thank you for your help

Thanks, Ravindra. Is there any other way to add a break or space in the message? It's a little crowded all in one paragraph.

    Thank you

    Celia

    Good Day @Celia,

Sorry, we are not allowing HTML Tags in Thank You message. They are restricted to Terms and Conditions only.

    Thanks,

My apologies - you are correct, the question is not regarding Salesforce app; this is on a regular payment page created in C&P.

    Good day Celia,

This is posted to the Salesforce forum and you are talking about a payment page and thank you message.

I am a bit confused. Salesforce does not have a payment page and no thank you messages.

Please elaborate as to where you are doing this.

    Thank you message format

    Hello,

I am trying to format the Thank You message on a payment page. I receive errors if I try to use <br> or <p>. Is there a way to insert paragraphs or breaks in this field?

    Thank you

    Celia
