Hello,
I am having similar issues to a few other threads that I am seeing on here... I have some existing custom question mappings in place that are fine, but I am unable to add a new one:
The custom question is "Organization Name", and I am leaving both 'Answer' and 'then replace text with' blank, because I'd like C&P to populate the field with the value from the custom question. I am not able to save - the system keeps asking me to fill in a value (looks like a validation issue that is requiring a field).
I have granted access to C&P Support. Org ID: 00DG0000000gefc
It sounds like I'll be able to resolve this with the next update, but please let me know if anything else can be done at this point.
