I see a processing fee on a recent delined transaction. The donor donated again with a different credit card with no problem. I see a fee for the declined transaction. Does C&P still collect the fees for declined transactions?

Hi Shari,
As is shown in our pricing there are 2 components to the price: The discount rate + an authorization gateway fee. For each authorization attempt the gateway charges the fee as outlined in the per transaction fee: http://ClickandPledge.com/Pricing/
Based on your plan as outlined in the above link the per transaction authorization fee will be charged every time a card is authorized or declined. The discount rate is charged for authorized transactions while the per transaction fee is charged for any authorization attempts (authorized or declined outcome).

We have a new C&P account but I haven't received any paper or electronic bill statements from C&P yet. It's been about 1 month and I wonder how frequently does C&P bill customers? Is this done on a monthly basis and what information will the statement contain?
Meanwhile, I can see the C&P processing fee amounts show up in Salesforce only and I will soon need to forward over transactional data our accountant.

Good day!
Click & Pledge does not bill clients. We don't even have a billing department.
All transactions are settled in 48 hours and are directly deposited in your bank account. The bank will deduct its fees at the end of the month and sends us our commission. We do not bill or invoice our clients. It is all done automatically.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.Regards,
