    Hi, Where do I find a reason for a declined payment? I logged into my C&P account and looked up the payment and I saw the payment that wasn't declined from this client but not the one that was. He made the donations on two different dates. How do I see what the reason was for the declined donation? It was also a different credit card and different amount.

    Good day Shari,

    For us to review your transactions we need to know the date and the first name and last name INITIAL (DO NOT INCLUDE FULL NAME). We can lookup the transaction and find out what the issue is.

    It is always best to include that information so we can review the account otherwise we have no way of answering the question.
