Cannot Save "Please enter valid data in Custom Text"

In Salesforce, in the "Custom Question Mapping" tab I am trying to delete a custom answer but I keep getting the error "Please enter valid data in Custom Text" I can't do anything without getting that error. what is going on?

I just tested the system and can't duplicate your issue.

Would you please grant us access to your account and let us know which question you are trying to delete so we review your account.

Access granted. All you need to do to duplicate the issue is go into C&P settings >> Custom Question Mapping, and hit save on the top portion of the settings. You should then get the error message.

Please remove the "&" symbol that you have in the answer matching & it should work.

You have C&P in the field and the mapping can't handle the "&" sign.

Please try it and let me know if it works.
