Good day @amilks!
Please grant us login access and the order number for the transactions that you believe are labeled incorrectly so we can review the C&P Data.
Also as a favor - please start a new thread and reference a post if you wish to discuss a similar issue. It gets a bit tricky to respond to many people as part of the same thread.
Once we have access we will review the orders. Your instance is also on an older release. If you wish to be updated we will update your instance while reviewing the orders.

Hi,
I tried moving the recurring rule to the last rule for Campaign assignment, but recurring donations are still getting assigned to the campaign that's listed for blank SKUs. I checked it when a new recurring donation came in this morning. Does the system need something else to recognize the recurring donations?
Thanks for your help!

Good day @Kestryl,
It is working exactly as you have listed it. The system starts from the top and goes down the list and updates it with ever scenario that matches.
If you wish the recurring to be the one that takes priority move the recurring rule to the last rule and it will work.
Test it and let us know.

Hi,
Thanks for your help! This appears to have worked for the single donations. However, when I tried testing a recurring donation through the form, it assigned it to the campaign that was listed for blank SKU's, not the campaign for Recurring donations. Is there something else that I need to set so that recurring donations get mapped to the correct campaign?
Thanks!

Good day @KLowrey:
Per your screen and our evaluation of the C&P Data that is being posted it is clear what the issue is. Here is what is going on:
Per your setting:
The above setting simply states:
- Assign ***AQ campaign for a transaction that is recurring
- Assign ***AW campaign for a transaction that has an SKU regardless of the SKU.
The conditions set require either a recurring transaction or an item that has an SKU assigned to it. Items that do NOT have an SKU are not set to be assigned to a campaign.
Looking at your data & the C&P Data XML we noticed the following:
The items you are posting do NOT have any SKU's assigned to them. No SKU --> No Campaign per your setting.
If you don't wish to assign SKU's to your items (something that we highly recommend you do) then you need to create another condition as illustrated below:
The last condition will trigger for blank SKU's. If "SKU Is" blank (NULL) then assign campaign ***AW
I hope the above makes it clear as to what is wrong. If you need more information please let us know.
SKU's play a major role in our applications and offers an entirely new dimension to how you can play with Salesforce's features through external forms. The implementation of SKU's provide an easy way to assign campaigns, opportunities, change opportunity name, record types, etc. for each item and make Salesforce behave differently based on the item being paid for.
Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Good day @KLowrey:
Sorry for having missed your post- I wish this forum had a feature showing the posts with no response.
Would you please grant us access so we can review your account. I am sure it is a setting that needs to be fixed.

Hi,
I just wanted to follow up since I had not yet received a response to this question. Can you help me figure out why the Primary Campaign Source isn't populating on new opportunities, even though I've set it up in the C&P settings?
Thanks for your help!

Primary Campaign Source not populating on Opportunities
Hi,
I'm trying to figure out why the Primary Campaign Source isn't populating on new donations that come in via our web donation form. I've set up the campaigns and the rules in C&P Settings under the Primary Campaign Source section of Opportunity Settings (one for the condition 'Is Recurring' and another for the condition 'Any SKU'). However, when new donations come in, the Primary Campaign Source field is blank and we have to update it manually. Is there something else in my settings that needs to be changed?
Thanks for your help!
