We held an auction Friday evening and pre-authorized about 80 credit cards. After reviewing the data entry for the evening, we now need to charge those cards for the purchases and donations each bidder made.
However, when choosing "Reference prior transactions" none of the cards that were authorized Friday evening appear in the bidder's record. If the bidder was at our event a year ago, the card they authorized last year does appear however many of the bidders are using different cards or have new expiration dates on the cards authorized in 2012.
Our fiscal year closes today so there is some urgency in processing the charges.
I do have a copy of the pre-authorization receipt email for each card that was pre-authorized Friday evening.
ALSO, is there a way to contact Click and Pledge directly on an issue like this. Seems like posting to a public forum shouldn't be necessary.
