Starting January 1, 2014 the Salesforce PaaS release 4.0 will no longer be supported. All clients are encouraged to contact us immediately by submitting a support ticket at http://help.ClickandPledge.com and request assistance with the upgrade to the latest release. Upgrade assistance is free and we encourage you to contact us immediately.
After January 1, 2014 the virtual terminal in PaaS 4.0 will no longer work and all functionality will be disabled.
PaaS 4.0 is more than 2 years old and the current application as of this post is 7.x (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/l...0000003JGBvEAO)
