Our Server is to secure for the SMTP Autoresponder

I was discussing with our engineer about setting up the SMTP system for our AutoResponder as we maxed out our Salesforce emails this Spring. He said that in order to use the SMTP system I will need to know the IP address that the AutoResponder system is sending emails from otherwise our server will not allow them emails through.

As a radio station he said that our server is constantly being attacked by spammers and he is hesitant to lower our security setup. Is there any way for me to get my hands on the IP Address(s)?

The IP address for our broadcaster is: eBroker.Cloud.ClickandPledge.com > 216.252.199.40
