  • Unable to see Opportunity Settlement on Contact Record

    I followed the post installation steps to add the C&P Info onto the Contact record so I could settle an opportunity through the Virtual Terminal.

    After I configure the contact page layout, this is how the screen is displayed. (See screen shot image)

    Good day @Carolyn:

    In the absence of an opportunity that qualifies for settlement that area will be blank.

    You need to first create an Opportunity which has its probability set to less than 100% with a Stage that is set in the C&P Settings > Opportunity tab.

    Once the opportunity is set then it will show up.

    Have you set the Opportunity Stages that should be considered for manual settlement?

    C&P Settings > Opportunity > Opportunity Settlement

    are these setup? Have you created an opportunity that qualifies?

      I followed the instructions in the post installation guide and created several types of opportunities but still do not see any opportunities under the C&P data for that contact.
      )
      You can use the login user I set up for for C&P support if you'd like to review my configuration.

        Dear Support,
        I am checking on the status of this post. I am still unable to access any opportunities from the Contact record so that I can process payments.
        You should have access to the org with the username [email protected]

        Please let me know when you have had a chance to look at the issue.

          Can you grant s access via salesforce?

          The user we have no longer works and we login this way now.

                Carolyn,

                The first thing that needs to be done is you will need to upgrade to the latest through the appexchange, then you will need to follow these instructions:

                You will need to add the C&P Contact field to the opportunity as shown in the screen shot below.
