  • Salesforce Campaigns Are Not Populating our 2nd CnP Account

    Hi,

My organization has two CnP accounts. The 2nd one is specifically for our Capital Campaign. I made a checkout page for the 2nd Account and tried to set 'Capital Campaign' as its campaign allocation, however, the drop down menu isn't being populated with any campaign names from Salesforce at all. I have made sure the desired campaign is active and I believe, I've correctly set the APIs. Please advise.

    Thanks,
    Neely

    Neely,

Are you referring to our Portal?

Portal does not synch with Salesforce and information is not being pulled from Salesforce.

In our portal you have to define campaigns through the Campaign page and if the campaign text matches Salesforce then the transaction or item will be associated with that campaign.

Thanks! I had a momentary memory lapse. (smile) I forgot I had to enter it manually.
