Vault GUID error

Hello,

I am working with an organization using C&P PaaS for SFDC. Two of their SFDC users are getting the following error when they try to process temporary contacts (one user - the one who set up the account - is able to process fine). I can't figure out what record the referenced ID is referring to... any thoughts why this error might be occurring?

Error:

Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: DUPLICATE_VALUE, duplicate value found: CnP_PaaS__VaultGUID__c duplicates value on record with id: a0WA000000AlDbd: []

Please upgrade to the latest release. The issue you are experiencing was because of an issue in an older release for certain transactions and their interaction with recurring transactions.

Please upgrade immediately.
