processing temporary contacts

Hello,

What permissions are needed for users to process temporary contacts in SFDC? We have two users who are getting error messages when they try to do this - they have CRUD on Contacts, so we are trying to figure out why they are getting the error.

Sorry for the delayed reply- I had to discuss your question with a couple of developers involved with various aspects of the program.

Do you know what error they are getting?

The program needs CRUD operations on the following objects:

• Contact
• Account
• Opportunity
• CnP Custom Objects

The following objects need CREATE operation:

• Case
• Campaign
• OpportunityContactRole

Once we know the error message we can try to figure out what the issue is.

Thank you for responding. They were able to resolve part of the issue, but I posted the latest error on another thread:

I've advised them to upgrade their C&P version and am waiting to hear back as to whether this fixed the issue.
