Sandbox Testing - Transactions but no Opportunities

I have latest C&P packages installed
I am using API forms (working good)
In the C&P portal for my account I have my sandbox credentials in (looks good)
I my Sandbox C&P Settings the Create Opportunity for all transactions check box checked
In my sandbox the C&P Transactions are coming in (so far so good)
No Opportunities are being created

Any ideas?

Have you checked C&P Settings > Opportunities? Is it checked to create an opportunity?

Is the Contact / Account set to Fully Automatic or Semi Automatic? If contact is not yet created no transaction has been created and no opportunity.

Let me know what those settings are.

Yes definitely have that checked. Fully automatic. It creates the C&P Transaction, it adds the contact, just no opportunity.

Do you see any errors in the C&P Data for those transactions?

AH! That's it! Field requirement on a trigger I am pretty sure it is ours. Thanks.
