Transaction posted to our bank, but unable to locate it in Click & Pledge report

  • Transaction posted to our bank, but unable to locate it in Click & Pledge report

    We have a transaction that posted to our bank yesterday, but I am unable to locate it in our click & pledge reports. It had to come through CLick & Pledge, because that is the only way we have to process. I tried selecting all types of payment, the search is for the correct day (I also checked multiple days to be sure). Other transactions in the same batch are visible, just not the one in question. I have tried searching by the last 4 digits of the card, but no luck. Ideas?

    I am sure the transaction you are referring to was posted as Transfirst, LLC - considering you are in US. Please confirm.

    Please let me know how much was the deposit for and when did you receive the deposit. If all fails you may need to contact Transfirst (assuming you are in US) to learn more.

    Once I have more info I can guide you further.

      Yes you are correct - we are using transfirst.

      The deposit posted April 4th @17:37:09. It was for $90.

        Good day Anne,

        I have forwarded your request to our Accounts department and they will contact you and discuss the issue with Transfirst to figure out what is going on.

        I reviewed your account and you have a lot of $60, $30, and $90 transactions and naturally any combination of those may be the deposit. Transfirst will be able to accurately tell you which one or combination of is the deposit.
