Need modifications to our custom donation page

Hello,

C&P built a custom donation page for us last year for a fee (John handled this). You can see the form here on our website: https://www.bayfriendlycoalition.org/Donate.shtml

We are revising our membership levels and I need to have this form modified to match our new structure. Is there a way for me to edit the form? Or do I need to have C&P edit it?

We'd like to have the new form live on the site next week, so I'm also wondering about turn-around time and cost if this is something that C&P has to handle.

Please advise.

The form is hosted on our servers and is part of our Clients services department.

Please submit a request at http://Help.ClickandPledge.com and they will attend to it immediately. To save time please make sure to provide your organization name, contact name, phone number and the changes you wish to make so we can attend to it and do the fix.
