How to issue partial credit

We are using C&P payment integration with Prestashop online store.

Someone accidentally ordered 2 products rather than one.

I know how to issue credits for full C&P transactions through the C&P portal, but how do I issue a partial credit?

For example, this woman ordered 2 books at $5 each for a total of $10. I want to refund her just $5. How do I do this?

Sorry, we can't do partial credit at all. You can issue a full credit and then reorder the correct amount.
