    Hello,

    I updated our address in your system months ago, and requested via a support ticket that my address be updated on our monthly financial statements back in December.

    Our statements are still going to our old address (both January and February).

    Can someone please once and for all make sure our statements are sent to our current address listed below?

    To change the information for Transfirst's statements you need to contact Transfirst. I will ask our support to forward you a change of address file. Please complete the file and send it to Transfirst.

    Click & Pledge's system is for the payment system and internal communication and does not update the merchant account provider's database.

    Support Department will be sending you the information shortly.
