  • Autoresponder for Invoices Not Working

    Ever since the update it seems that my Autoresponder's aren't going when people select the invoice payment option. I know you have to pick either authorized or declined so is it possible that since the invoice is neither it doesn't work? Any help would be great!

    Good day!

    What version are you using?

    The latest version which is on appExchange allows for invoicing- it is version 7.1 - see below:

      It stopped working when I updated to 7.1. It was working with invoices prior to the update.

        Good day!

        Strange.. I just tested it and it works.

        I am going to ask our Testing team to test it and find out what is going on. Would you please explain your setting and a screen shot of the Autoresponder setting so we can review. I just want to make sure there is nothing wrong with the setting per 7.1 features.

          Good day!

          We have tested this a great deal and it works without any issues.

          Please post an image of the autoresponder setting so we can review. We are close to releasing 7.1000 and would like to fix any issues in the current 7.000 release.

            Well, when I tested again today, they both worked! I've been doing the exact same thing for 2 days with no results. I don't know if you guys did anything, but it seems to be fixed!

            Here are the two forms that don't appear to be working. The first didn't work at all. The second doesn't seem to work for Purchase Orders or Invoices. The second is being used for event management purchases if that makes a difference!

              Good day!

              We have not done anything.. I wish we could have a magic wand that could fix things without first knowing the issue.

              Please let me know if you are using a checkout page or the Salesforce Virtual Terminal for this?

              The condition you have is a very specific case which may have different results based on where the transaction originates.

                I was using the Mini Virtual Terminal that you designed for us for the first Invoice that wasn't working but is now: https://secureform.cloud.clickandpledge.com/20588/1/

                and I was using the Event Management system for the other that wasn't working for the Invoice and Purchase Order that is working now! (http://www.1049theriver.com/golf/)

                Apparently, all my system needed was me to ask for help before it somehow miraculously fixed itself!

                  Great.

                  I will have our testing team grab the form and see if we can duplicate it. I am just bothered when an error occurs that can't be duplicated.

                  Thanks again for your reply. I wish all other cases of support was the same way-- post to the forum and watch your problem(s) go away! potential would be huge!
