Salesforce Platform API Versions 21.0 through 30.0 Retirement

One org has been receiving emails about the upcoming retirement of old API versions, that they're affected. I'm trying to figure out what application is causing this - can you please confirm whether Click&Pledge is using any of these old API versions in any SOAP, REST, or BULK calls?

Click & Pledge is not using the old API versions.
