Salesforce user cannot Add Primary Campaign based on Item SKU in C&P Settings

  • Salesforce user cannot Add Primary Campaign based on Item SKU in C&P Settings

    I have a Salesforce user who is not able to Add Primary Campaign based on Item SKU in the Campaign --> Custom Primary Campaign Source Setting section of C&P Settings. She has edit access to all C&P Campaign and Custom Question fields in Salesforce. Can you offer any suggestions on how I can adjust her CRED rights via permission set to make this mapping option visible/accessible for her in C&P Settings?

    Please grant us login access and our team will review the permission sets assigned to the user. Most issues with permission are resolved if the right permission set is assigned. We have created these custom permission sets to address the many variations of use cases.

      Thank you for the prompt response. I granted access earlier today with my update assistance request. You should be all set. The user is Sarah Tang and I created a permission set for her hoping I could resolve the matter. It is called 'C&P Setting Campaign Mapping'. Please let me know if you have any questions that might better guide your investigation.

ID:	65427​Here is the screenshot from my colleague and her description of the issue:

          When I hit edit on the line for item SKU -- look up campaign -- aux; a get a pop up to create add a new campaign rather than editing the existing one, but the drop down doesn't not contain the option for item SKU. The available options I have are Campaign SKU, Form SKU, Is Recurring, Tracker, Matching Gift.

            We are trying to find the Sarah Tang user but are unable to locate it now. Have you removed her User? Would you please share the user profile name so that we can continue to review it?
