Great, thanks for the info. I've enabled the auto re-process of data errors option. Thanks for your help.

The reason for the above error is updating of record in the asynchronous form. In other words, the objects were busy when we were trying to insert the data. You may reprocess the data under C&P Data and it will fix it. It's about timing.
However, you no need to worry about such errors. For these very reasons, we have the feature included in C&P Settings called Self Healing under Maintenence which will automatically resolve such errors. We may want to enable it and get rid of the above errors.

Thanks for the info.
We've seen this a couple times with the following error:
Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: UNABLE_TO_LOCK_ROW, unable to obtain exclusive access to this record or 1 records: 0033400001xLTbvAAG: []
In that case, what should we do? Can we just go into Connect and re-post to Salesforce?
Thanks,
Jeremy

In two cases the record created with the status 0 is:
1. If the contact is in Temp contacts.
2. If there is an error while processing the data in Salesforce.
Once the temp contacts processed/error resolved, the status will update to 1.

It sure does. Has something changed with the new C&P Salesforee app update? We have the rule below that notifies us if a record is created with a Status ID not equal to 1:
C&P Data: Status ID NOT EQUAL TO 1
Are the records being created with a Status ID not equal to 1 and then being updated?
Thanks!
Jeremy

Good day @jhobbs
Would you please share the example order numbers of the C&P Data which has a Status ID 0 so that we can review it?

C&P Data > Status ID
We used to always have a C&P Data record created with a Status ID of 1 and now that field is consistently being created with a value of 0 for the past week. A former admin at our org set an alert to notify us anytime a C&P Data record was created with the Status ID not equal to 1. What is this field? Can't find anything on it.
Thanks,
JeremyTags: None
