    Good day @gorav

My apologies, I have discussed this with a developer, the Campaign is stored in transaction object and field name is CnP_PaaS__sf_Campaign__c which is the lookup field. The field which you are referring to is string and we are no longer using it anywhere. We do not override "Transaction Campaign" based on the custom mapping.

    Sorry for the confusion.

    Thanks CnP.Support

How is this field used in the cnp application? What value is expected in here - sfdc campaign name? sfdc campaign id? will passing a text string cause issues? and it sounds lke you are saying that if I have sku based custom mapping enabled, then that will overwrrite whatever i pass?

    regards
    Gorav

The "Campaign" is Transaction Campaign whereas the Campaign1 is item Campaign.

The "Campaign" is the one which map on the Transaction object: CnP_PaaS__Campaign__c in Salesforce. BUT, FYI, based on the custom mapping you set under C&P Settings, the Transaction Campaign maybe different than what you have passed through FaaS form.

on FAAS field names doc, there are two campaign fields : campaign and campaign1

campaign is under product info, campaign1 under order mode

in sfdc, there is one 80 char text field on c&p transaction: CnP_PaaS__Campaign__c

so which of the FAAS fields maps into sfdc? suggest clarifying this in the docs as well as its very confusing to have campaign and campaign1 in FAAS api and then two fields named campaign in sfdc.

    thanks!
