Upsert Failed - UNKNOWN EXCEPTION

I am receiving the following error when a recurring gift is processed.

Upsert failed. First exception on row 0; first error:UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION, The record couldn’t be saved because it failed to trigger aflow. <br>A flow trigger failed to execute the flow with version ID301G0000000PMo3. <br/> Contact your administrator for help.: []"

Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This is a Salesforce bug which hopefully will be fixed soon. The above article explains the error you are seeing.
