EVT Not saving contact info in SFDC

Would you please grant us login access and the order number so we can review the XML and the data.

The shipping information is showing in the transaction xml.

We are not using the shipping cost, but this was the only way I could find in the EVT documentation that would store the address information.
Is there another way to get the EVT to store the address to the contact?

Shipping information is ONLY used when there is a shipping cost in the post. Are you posting any shipping costs?

You may check the C&P Data for the transaction and see if the shipping information is included in the XML.

Our EVT iframe is loaded with a url that contains shipping address information and it is not being saved after the EVT is submitted.

We have the fields mapped in settings.

Any help would be great.
