    Below are the questions that I have put together so far regarding the functionality of Click and Pledge. These are important features that we need urgently.

    1. Is it possible to include the questions (non-credit card related) on the first page of the checkout site beneath the “product” and “donation” information? We are using the site to capture registration related information and it is not intuitive to the untrained user to look for the questions on the last page.

    2. Can you assign “terms and conditions” at the product level in addition to the assigning them at the checkout page level?

    3. Can you give the user the ability to “copy and edit” questions so that one does not have to start with a clean slate each time a similar question is developed?

    4. Can more space be allocated to areas such as product description, terms and conditions, donation description, and thank you?

    5. Can a choice be given to display the “descriptions” on the product/donation page without the need to hover over the “more information” prompt?

    - In the current version of the checkout pages that is not an option. This is however a growing system and as we get more input as what customers would like to see with the system we will see if that is something that we can incorporate into the new line of pages that we are developing.

    - Terms & Conditions can only be assigned at the Checkout page level.

    3. Can you give the user the ability to “copy and edit” questions so that one does not have to start with a clean slate each time a similar question is developed?

    - That is a function that is not currently in the administrative system but I will pass this to my programmers to see if they can add this for us.

    4. Can more space be allocated to areas such as product description, terms and conditions, donation description, and thank you?

    - I will pass this to my programmers to see if they can add this for us.

    5. Can a choice be given to display the “descriptions” on the product/donation page without the need to hover over the “more information” prompt?
    - I have asked my programmers to add this functionality to the Catalog page. When we have this available we will make an announcement on the Forum to notify all customers of this.
