Add Form SKU to Custom Mapping in Salesforce C&P Settings

Now that we are using Form SKUs for campaign mapping, we should be able to use them for custom mapping as well. I'd like to see it within the "Item SKU Map" section of Custom Mapping (in C&P Settings), that way we aren't creating situations that overwrite each other. It would also be seriously helpful to be able to rearrange the mappings in that section, similar to the drag and drop mechanism in the Campaigns section.
