Add date option to Payments and Comments Stream in Peer to Peer

I would like the option to include showing the donation time and/or date in this widget. It helps convince other donors that this is an active campaign when they see how recent donations are coming in. And of course having the option to add this or not is important for those campaigns that are not as active. Thanks.
