Events registration form not responsive to mobile phones

Hi.

We have a new event registration form, it works great on regular devices screens such as laptops but not responsive on mobile phones, the add button does not show and cannot scroll. is this still an issue with this version? I saw the posts below that the platform does not support mobile devices but that was in 2018, is this still the case? Is there anyway you can help?

Unfortunately, we don't yet have officially responsive templates available. I see you have already implemented some of the suggestions from the Mobile friendly event registration pages (post 39215 above) - thank you. Do you have a link where you have embedded the form that you are reviewing while you are working towards getting the page to load on a mobile?

I reviewed our website's performance on Google Analytics (see attached), and the lowest resolution for our website users is 360-375 pixels wide

I cloned your event, and made of few changes you could consider:

• Removed the Registrations Included (123 px), Qty (41 px), and Total (49) columns from the form, saving ~ 220 pixels in width
• I reduced the form fields required for Attendees
• I changed the form's label for the Attendee from "Attendee No.1" to "Guest" - saving another 40ish pixels"

These are the easy changes- I made them in about 15 minutes, and have gotten the form down to 440 pixels, where I'm running into the limits of what can easily be changed with settings.

You may want to consider creating the event as an Anonymous event (still collects Registrant billing information), to make registration simpler - as it is a virtual event, I would expect most users would be registering themselves, and anyone that would join them would likely be at the same address.

After that, changing the form's width requires changes to the CSS, and that gets complex. I'll see what can be done and make some recommendations to the development team.

I'm afraid that the biggest barrier after the changes I suggested is the Attendee pop-up, and while some changes can be made with CSS - they are not practical without changes to the code as well. The suggestions already provided are the best approach under the current version.
