Field Sets! That was what I was missing. I had created the custom field a while back, but couldn't figure out how to get it displayed. Thank you so much! I'm all set now. This is great.

I recommend creating a custom picklist field for "Cancel Reason" on the C&P Recurring object (CnP_PaaS__CnPRecurring__c). You would be able to add additional reasons by editing the values of the picklist. This way the field becomes available on your C&P Recurring Details page so you can set the value as you manage the recurring donation, and report on it in Salesforce reports.
This involves Salesforce customization, so you may want to consider getting assistance from one of our Partners, or I could get a quote for you from our Premier Support to do this for you.

That's great news! I know my CFO will be happy! One other suggestion that came to mind. In Salesforce, I'd love to have an editable "Cancel Reason" field on C&P Recurrings. It would be great to be able to run reports on C&P Recurring cancellation reasons.
