Just a thought here: When you go to cancel a recurring pledge, it would be nice if it required a reason in a text box. If that comment box could then be included for C&P reports in Salesforce that would be a great tool. I run reports to follow up on lapsed/canceled pledges but I cannot tell the reason it was canceled until I review notes made by others in Salesforce on the Contact Record. Having a C&P report for cancelled pledges that gives that reason would be very useful. Thanks for any consideration on this!

Thank you for the idea. 99% of our product's additions are based on our client's requests. I have forwarded this to our products team and they will review and see the possibilities to consider it for addition to upcoming releases.
